Description:
Casting furnace of reflecting type is used for the casting of aluminum. Simple construction of the furnace enables its easy maintenance. The maximum size of the charge window makes it possible to place big size scrap into the furnace and to refine aluminum from dross.
1. Raw material: primary aluminum, aluminum scrap.
2. Types of energy carriers: gas, diesel oil.
Digital temperature control unit registers the temperature in the crown of the furnace and the temperature of the aluminum melt. Maximum operation temperature: of the melt: 800°, in the boiler furnace - 1200°.
Melting speed >3,8 ton/h (ingot), and gas consumption=80m3/ ton aluminum. Cladding material: fire-brick, cement.
3. Hot air is circulating in the furnace with the help of powerful fans, this help to maintain a constant even temperature in the whole melt.
4. The work is fully automotive and is controlled by the PLC system.
According to the desire of the client, furnaces may be completed with different gas-refining systems.
